Probably the most beautiful B&B we’ve ever stayed in – stunning interiors (with the sort of sofas you put a star next to in magazines) huge beds, which are bouncy and fun, fun, fun; and plenty of cosy touches we love.

Furnished like the home of a rock star, Glazebrook House is so fabulous we’re momentarily lost for words. It’s themed around Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and has some of the most beautiful rooms we’ve ever seen.

The Westleton Crown really is a wonderful gem of a retreat – a great winter getaway and a serene (and secluded) summer destination. Well, if it was good enough for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, it’s definitely good enough for us!

Its bewitching Old England setting, its charm and its luxe make the Tudor Farmhouse hotel in Gloucestershire impossible to resist. Romantic walks, excellent food and friendly staff combine for the perfect weekend in the country.
